There have been rumblings on the internet in recent weeks that Lorna Shore had new music coming down the pipe. A New Jersey Turnpike billboard near the band’s hometown sorta spilled the beans, but now we have official confirmation — Lorna Shore’s fifth full-length offering I Feel The Everblack Festering Within Me will be released on September 12 via Century Media Records.
In a bid to give fans a bit of a taste of what’s to come, the band released “Oblivion”, the first single and accompanying music video from their follow up to 2022’s Pain Remains. Speaking of the creative process that went into the song, frontman Will Ramos said the track felt like more than just another song as he put paper to pen.
In addition to the new album and single announcements, the band also unveiled a huge and honestly insane sounding North American tour set for later this year. With Lorna Shore headlining, they’ll hit the road with The Black Dahlia Murder, Shadow Of Intent, and PeelingFlesh from September 17 in Pittsburgh to October 30 in New York City.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, May 23 at 10 a.m. local, with various presales set to hit in the preceding days. So if you’re at all interested in catching the show, you should check out the list of dates and start making arrangements now.
